The result was nothing new for Cardinal Ritter College Prep, who have now won seven games by 32 points or more so far this season.
MICDS's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performance. Perhaps the best among them was Brian Gould, who rushed for 72 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 67 yards and a touchdown. Jeremiah Clay was another key contributor, rushing for 83 yards and a touchdown on only six carries.
The win for Cardinal Ritter College Prep keeps them at an undefeated 11-0. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 37.24 points. As for MICDS, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-3.
Cardinal Ritter College Prep is on the road again on Friday and play against Fort Zumwalt North. Fort Zumwalt North will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings (they are ranked 46th, while Cardinal Ritter College Prep is ranked seventh). MICDS does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
