Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only The Blair Blazers walked away with it. They blew past Laurel 35-10. The win was some much needed relief for Blair as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.
Blair's victory bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Laurel, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
Blair will head out on the road to face off against Walter Johnson at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Walter Johnson is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Laurel does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
