Basketball Recap: Creswell Piles Up the Points Against La Pine

Creswell entered their tilt with La Pine on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They claimed a resounding 71-29 victory over the La Pine Hawks. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Creswell has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.3 points per game. As for La Pine, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.

Creswell will face off against Sisters at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Creswell knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Sisters likes a good challenge. As for La Pine, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the La Pine Hawks duke it out with the Elmira Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
