Wisconsin School for the Deaf are packing up and hiking across state lines for their contest on Saturday. They take on Iowa School for the Deaf at 2:00 PM. Both of those teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Don't be fooled by the insanely high score: we promise Illinois School for the Deaf and Wisconsin School for the Deaf were playing football. Wisconsin School for the Deaf suffered a grim 64-98 defeat to Illinois School for the Deaf last Saturday. Wisconsin School for the Deaf were down by 56-90 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Iowa School for the Deaf lost to New Mexico School for the Deaf, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 12-92. Iowa School for the Deaf were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 12-74.
Wisconsin School for the Deaf simply couldn't be stopped the last time the two teams met, as they easily beat Iowa School for the Deaf 84-22. The rematch might be a little tougher for Wisconsin School for the Deaf since the team won't have home-field advantage.
