Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Monmouth Academy). They blew past the Oak Hill Raiders 14-3 on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Mustangs have posted against the Raiders since May 17, 2019.

Monmouth Academy pushed their record up to 6-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Oak Hill, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Coming up, Monmouth Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Winthrop at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Mustangs are facing the Ramblers at the right time seeing as the Ramblers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Oak Hill, they will venture away from home to square off against Maranacook at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
