After having lost a blowout in their previous game against KIPP NYC College Prep, Lehman was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Roosevelt Educational Roughriders 8-7. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Roughriders recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Lehman's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Roosevelt Educational, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.
