Devante Palacio Delivers Best  Performance of Season
  Devante Palacio produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Chester to the win  on Friday. Palacio picked up  a  sack and made 12 total tackles (4.0 for loss). The bulk of those receiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 66 yards.
 The  win for Chester keeps them at an undefeated 6-0. Palacio and Chester are taking a road trip to  challenge Dupo  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

A Season-Best  Performance from  William Waggoner Leads Wesclin over Sparta/Steeleville
 On Friday, Wesclin got the W thanks in part to  William Waggoner playing the best football he has all season. Waggoner rushed for 131 yards and two touchdowns.
 Waggoner and Wesclin will face off against Red Bud at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Waggoner will face off against  Gavin Baldwin, the Musketeers' star running back. Will the  contest be decided in the trenches? We'll have our answer very soon.

Big Game from Al-Jassim As Chester Won 41-0
  Zain Al-Jassim's big game helped extend Chester's winning streak to six on Friday. Nobody could stop  Al-Jassim as he threw for 265 yards and three touchdowns while completing 92.9% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. The dominant performance also gave  him a new career-high in  rushing yards.
 Al-Jassim is probably looking forward to his next game, a  home matchup against Dupo on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time  Al-Jassim saw the Tigers), he threw for 294 yards and three touchdowns on only ten passes, and also punched in a rushing score.

Littlepage Posts Huge Game in  34-6  Loss
 Sparta/Steeleville was sadly handed a  defeat on Friday, but  Quintin Littlepage did his best to prevent it. Littlepage was dynamite, picking up 80 receiving yards, while also rushing for 75 yards. He was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 63 yards.
 Sparta/Steeleville is  on  a  six-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 0-6. Littlepage and Sparta/Steeleville will challenge Carlyle at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
