The York Cougars waltzed into Friday's matchup with two straight wins but they left with three. They blew past Lake Pointe Academy 75-18 at home. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 38-6.
Deadrian Hall was the offensive standout of the game as he scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brenden Lacroix, who scored 11 points.
York's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Lake Pointe Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. York will take on Chester at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lake Pointe Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Westgate Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
