Marian Central Catholic's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Marian Central Catholic had a senior duo take command as Madison Kenyon dropped a double-double on 19 points and 12 rebounds and Ella Notaro scored 22 points along with five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Abbey Miner, who scored eight points along with four steals.
The win (which was Marian Central Catholic's ninth in a row) raised their record to 24-4. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 27.4 points. As for St. Edward, their loss dropped their record down to 14-12.
Marian Central Catholic will square off against the Fightin' Irish at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday. Bishop McNamara is looking to tack on another W to their eight-game streak on the road. As for St. Edward, they will be playing at home against the Warriors at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
