Six Rivers recap Nov. 7, 2012
Potosi extended the longest winning streak in Six Rivers this week by beating Cochrane-Fountain City, 48-28. This was the team's 11th consecutive win.
Potosi took down the Pirates 48-28 last week, the largest margin of any game. Tim Fritz threw for 227 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 12 yards in the win.
Thanks to the talents of Fritz and Jase Udelhofen Mark Siegert's team has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Fritz leads the league in passing with 1559 yards, while Udelhofen has rushed for 1391 yards this season. Benton/Scales Mound IL's Josh Korte leads the league in receiving yards with 393 on 10 catches.
In 158 carries Nathan Houtakker has accumulated 932 yard this year.
The Chieftains led the league in scoring this week after putting up 48 points on Cochrane-Fountain City. Fritz in the win.
