This season hasn't been kind to the Mastery Warrior, who are still winless after their 13th game. They were outmatched by Solebury at home and fell 87-37. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Mastery in their matchups with Solebury: they've now lost six in a row.
Solebury's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Makhai Anderson, who scored 20 points. Another player making a difference was Tyler Simpson, who scored 18 points.
Mastery bumped their record down to 0-13 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Solebury, the win got them back to even at 8-8.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing The City School the next time they take the court. Solebury will host The City School at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Mastery will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
