Rich has gone 4-0 against Tintic recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Rich Rebels will welcome the Tintic Miners at 3:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Rich has four straight wins, Tintic has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.
If Tintic heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Rich took over last week. Rich came out on top in a nail-biter against Manila on Saturday, sneaking past 46-44.

Rich found their leader in sophomore Braylyn Pugmire, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds. What's more, Pugmire also racked up three assists, the most she's had since back in December of 2023. Another player making a difference was Paige Smith, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds.
Rich smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in six consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, Tintic played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. 2025 welcomed they with a 58-32 loss courtesy of Manila. The Miners were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-9.
Rich will need focus on slowing down Samantha Grimstead, one of several Tintic players who made an impact when they last played. She posted 12 points.
Tintic's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Rich, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Rich has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 33.5 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Tintic struggles in that department as they've been averaging 33.7 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Everything came up roses for Rich against Tintic when the teams last played back in February of 2024, as the team secured a 55-20 win. In that game, Rich amassed a halftime lead of 34-8, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Saturday.
