In what's become a running theme this season, the Lake Placid Dragons gave their fans yet another huge  win on Friday. They put the hurt on Discovery with a sharp  30-8 win. Winning may never get old, but Lake Placid sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
 Lake Placid got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Antranique Felton out in front who  dropped  a double-double on 11 points and 11  rebounds. Felton is crushing the  rebound category: she's  posted at least eight every time she's  taken the court this season.  Taraje Walker was another key contributor,  scoring seven points along with six  steals.
 Lake Placid is  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last eight matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Discovery, they are  on a six-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-14.
 Lake Placid and the Bulldogs will face off  at 7:00  p.m.  on February 7th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. DeSoto County is no doubt hoping to put an end to  a four-game streak of away losses. As for Discovery, they will head out on the road to  square off against  the Wildcats at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. McKeel Academy is coming into the  match hot, having won their last seven games.
