The Orofino Maniacs will challenge the Kellogg Wildcats at 3:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Orofino will be strutting in after a  win while Kellogg will be coming in after a  defeat.
Orofino is headed in fresh off scoring the most  points they have   all season. They walked away with  a   45-32  victory over St. Maries  on Tuesday. The  win was some much needed relief for the Maniacs as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.
 Meanwhile, Kellogg took a  blow against Grangeville on Friday, falling  66-19. The Wildcats have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
 Orofino's  victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 3-8. As for Kellogg, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
 Orofino was taken down by Kellogg 60-23 in their previous matchup  back in January of 2024. Thankfully for Orofino,  Emily Coe (who  went 6 of 12  on her way to 18 points in addition to eight  rebounds and six  steals) won't be suiting up this time.
