Kaden Walter made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He tossed five innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off seven hits. Midd-West is 3-1 when Walter allows one or fewer earned runs, but 0-4 otherwise. Walter was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one home run and three RBI.
