The Glenville-Emmons Wolverines lost against the Kingsland Knights back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Glenville-Emmons was beaten by Kingsland 76-38.
Kingsland got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Sam Snitker out in front who scored 15 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Snitker has scored all season. Ayden Howard was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with six rebounds.
Glenville-Emmons' loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Kingsland, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glenville-Emmons will take on Alden-Conger at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Minnesota (Alden-Conger is ranked 272nd, while Glenville-Emmons is ranked 269th). As for Kingsland, they will head out on the road to face off against Lyle/Pacelli at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
