Casey County is a perfect 4-0 against Danville since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Rebels will square off against the Admirals at 6:00 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.
Casey County's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 9-0 margin over Garrard County. The Rebels haven't had any issues with the Golden Lions recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Harmony Meece/Richardson made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out 15 over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in April.
In other batting news, Casey County let Grace Mason and Mia Price run wild. Mason went 1-for-3 with three RBI and two runs, while Price went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one double. That's the most stolen bases Price has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Weddle, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.
Casey County was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .469. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Garrard County only posted a batting average of .125.
Meanwhile, Danville hadn't done well against Model recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Admirals were the clear victors by an 11-4 margin over the Patriots. The Admirals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 17 matchups by seven runs or more this season.
Jaycee Morse was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off eight hits. Morse was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Riley Foster was a standout: she went 3-for-5 with three stolen bases, four RBI, and one triple. Another player making a difference was Ari Cruver, who got on base in three of her five plate appearances with three stolen bases and three runs.
Casey County's record is now 17-11. As for Danville, their record now sits at 20-3.
Casey County got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in March of 2025 against Danville by a conclusive 16-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rebels since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
