The Bowie Bulldogs stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 69-9 victory over Bladensburg. The win was nothing new for Bowie as they're now sitting on three straight.
Damilola Funsho went supernova for Bowie, almost dropping a double-double on 11 points and nine steals. Another player making a difference was Amira Kittles, who scored 12 points.
Bowie's win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.7 points per game. As for Bladensburg, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.
Bowie will head out on the road to challenge the Raiders at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bladensburg, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
