The Bartram Trail Bears will square off against the Lincoln Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games Bartram Trail has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
Bartram Trail took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out Parkview 7-5. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Bears as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Croix DiBacco looked comfortable as he tossed 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Jonathan Bay, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Colt Brown, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-3.
Bartram Trail always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .516. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Parkview only posted an OBP of .355.
Lincoln never got on the board in their matchup on Friday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Buchholz last Saturday. They put the hurt on the Bobcats with a sharp 10-4 win. With that victory, the Trojans brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.
Chase Fuller made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out six batters over two innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and only one walk). Those six strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.
In other pitching news, Ethan LaFuria looked comfortable as he tossed 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.
Back at the plate, TJ Harley was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing three bases. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Nate Dietz, who scored two runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
Lincoln's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 14-9. As for Bartram Trail, their victory bumped their record up to 10-14.
