The Woodgrove Wolverines stacked an eighth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Loudoun County 66-39 on the road. The win was nothing new for Woodgrove as they're now sitting on ten straight.
Dane Marsh was his usual excellent self, dropping a triple-double on 13 points, ten rebounds, and ten blocks. He hasn't dropped below three blocks for eight straight games. Another player making a difference was Colin Fuller, who scored 16 points.
Woodgrove pushed their record up to 16-2 with that victory, which was their eighth straight on the road. As for Loudoun County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.
Woodgrove will head out on the road to square off against the Knights at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. John Champe will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Virginia Rankings (they are ranked 136th, while the Wolverines are ranked 50th). As for Loudoun County, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against the Patriots at 7:15 p.m.
