John Jay came tearing into Friday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 7-4 win over the Grand Street Campus Chiefs. For the Indians, this counts as revenge for the 12-1 victory the Chiefs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2025.

John Jay's win bumped their record up to 22-10. As for Grand Street Campus, with the loss, they broke their nine-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-2.

John Jay will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Chiefs: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
