Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Brunswick to victory, but perhaps none more so than Caleb Butler, who scored 18 points along with seven assists and seven rebounds. Butler is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last three games he's played. Nasir Poole was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with five rebounds.
Effingham County has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-12 record this season. As for Brunswick, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-14.
Effingham County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Brunswick, they will face off against Grovetown at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Brunswick has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 216 points over their last three matches.
