Even though Cimarron has not done well against St. John recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Cimarron came out on top against St. John by a score of 45-36. The win was just what Cimarron needed coming off of a 65-26 loss in their prior contest.
Even though Sunrise Christian Academy Silver has not done well against Destiny Christian recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Sunrise Christian Academy Silver walked away with a 55-43 win over Destiny Christian. The win made it back-to-back wins for Sunrise Christian Academy Silver.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sunrise Christian Academy Silver to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jacob Silva, who scored 16 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Silva has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Marko Pavlovic, who scored 11 points.
