Santa Fe Trail scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 71-54 win over Osawatomie. The win was just what Santa Fe Trail needed coming off of a 68-38 loss in their prior matchup.
Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Burlington at home against Prairie View on Friday as the team secured a 92-38 victory. Given Burlington's advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 107th, while Prairie View is ranked 314th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Santa Fe Trail is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Burlington, their victory bumped their record up to 11-5.
