Grandview Park Baptist will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against B-G-M at 7:00 PM. The MaxPreps rankings say the odds are against Grandview Park Baptist, but that can only make success all the sweeter.
Grandview Park Baptist had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They took a 24-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of GMG.
B-G-M had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They took their game against Lisbon last Friday 35-24.
B-G-M's win lifted them to 1-0 while Grandview Park Baptist's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if B-G-M can add another positive mark to their record or if Grandview Park Baptist can shake off the loss and take the spring out of B-G-M's step.
