Princeton is 3-0 against Plumas Charter since February of 2022, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Princeton Eagles will be playing at home against the Plumas Charter Warriors at 5:30 p.m. Princeton will be looking to keep their ten-game home win streak alive.
Princeton can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They blew past Herlong, posting a 67-34 victory at home. Given Princeton's advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 597th, while Herlong is ranked 1341st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Plumas Charter ended up a good deal behind Loyalton on Friday and lost 69-51. Plumas Charter has struggled against Loyalton recently, as their contest on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Plumas Charter's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Jacob Williamson, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 13 rebounds, and Dalton Bentz who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds. That's the first time this season that Williamson pulled down eight or more rebounds.
Princeton's victory bumped their record up to 15-1. As for Plumas Charter, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost seven of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.
Princeton was able to grind out a solid victory over Plumas Charter in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, winning 65-55. Will Princeton repeat their success, or does Plumas Charter have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
