General McLane is 0-3 against North East since April of 2024 but things could change on Monday. The Lancers will square off against the Grape Pickers at 4:30 p.m. North East took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on General McLane, who comes in off a win.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Makayla Rapela, who went 4-for-5 with six RBI, three runs, and one triple. That's the most hits she has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was Giana Thompson, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.

Meanwhile, North East started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against Fairview. They fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 5-4 on Friday. The Grape Pickers have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.
Maisy Post was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases and two runs. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played.
North East's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for General McLane, their record now sits at 4-12-2.
General McLane might still be hurting after the 14-8 defeat they got from North East in their previous meeting back in May of 2024. Can the Lancers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
