The Forsyth Home Educators Hawks will take on the Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Forsyth Home Educators is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.9 runs per game this season.

Maris Morgan spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and seven unearned) runs on 11 hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in ten consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Wesleyan Christian Academy got a massive performance out of Alexis Emery, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most runs Emery has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was Juliana Abantohollans, who went 4-for-5 with three runs, one triple, and one RBI.
Wesleyan Christian Academy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Wesleyan Christian Academy's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-6. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.4 runs over those games. As for Forsyth Home Educators, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7.
Wesleyan Christian Academy's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Forsyth Home Educators has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .433.
