University Prep can now show off 14 landslide victories after their most recent  matchup  on Friday. They were the clear victor by  a  23-9 margin over the Big Bear Bears. Winning may never get old, but University Prep sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
  Carsyn Leon made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out seven batters over  three innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   two  hits (and only one walk). Leon was also solid in the batter's box,  going 3-for-5 with four  RBI and a  stolen base.
 In other batting news, University Prep got a  massive  performance out of  Dani Jackman, who  went 5-for-5 with a  home run, seven  RBI,  and two  runs. Jackman has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  home run the last five times she's  played.  Paityn Zimmerman was another key contributor,  scoring four  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances.
 University Prep has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won eight of their last nine contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 20-3 record  this season. As for Big Bear, they dropped their record down to 5-13 with that  defeat, which was their fifth straight  at home dating back to last season.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. University Prep will take on Canyon Springs at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. University Prep is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 11.7  runs per game  this season. As for Big Bear, they will be playing at home against Entrepreneur at 3:15  p.m.  on Tuesday. Big Bear is facing Entrepreneur at the right time seeing as Entrepreneur is stuck on  a  six-game losing streak.
