Langham Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight  defeat. They were four  points away from ending the streak, but they lost a  48-44 heartbreaker at the hands of the Cypress Woods Wildcats. The Lobos were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won  50-27.
Despite the loss, Langham Creek still got an impressive performance from   Brooke Prevost, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 22  points and nine  boards. Prevost has been hot recently, having also posted two or more  steals the last three times she's  played.  Reese Fernandez was another key player,  putting up seven points and seven  rebounds.

Cypress Springs will roll in looking for their  19th straight  win, something Langham Creek surely won't give up without a fight.
