The Osseo Orioles will venture away from home to  square off against the Maple Grove Crimson  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
Osseo saw some tournament action  on Saturday. They took  a  2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Spring Lake Park. The Orioles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.
Meanwhile, Maple Grove waltzed into their match  last Tuesday with 21 straight wins... but they left with 22. They walked away with  a   3-1  victory over the Stars.
 Maple Grove was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-16, 19-25,  25-20.
 Osseo better focus on containing  Tess Schuler and  Mckinley Hardle as the pair were huge in Maple Grove's win. Schuler  had 15  digs and one assist, while  Hardle  had ten  digs and three  aces. That's the most  digs  Hardle has posted  over her last seven  matchups.
 Osseo's defeat dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Maple Grove, their win bumped their record up to 26-3.
 Osseo suffered a grim  3-0 defeat to Maple Grove  in their previous meeting  back in September of 2024. Can the Orioles avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
