Alvin will be playing in front of their home fans against Alief Taylor at 7:10 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Two weeks ago, Alvin kept a clean sheet against Manvel. They came out on top against Manvel by a score of 2-0.
Meanwhile, Alief Taylor waltzed into their game on Saturday with four straight wins but they left with five. They beat Friendswood by a goal, winning 1-0.

The win got Alvin back to even at 1-1-1. As for Alief Taylor, their win bumped their record up to 7-1-1.
Alvin might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Alief Taylor when the teams last played back in February of 2023. Can Alvin avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
