It was a good run, but Plainfield North unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the Hinsdale Central Red Devils. The Tigers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Red Devils from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

While Plainfield North was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-20.

Plainfield North now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Hinsdale Central, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Plainfield North didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Oswego East on the 10th. As for Hinsdale Central, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Lockport on the 11th.
