It was another big night for Luke Fulda, who almost dropped a triple-double on 20 points, nine rebounds, and nine steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Quintin Beasley, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 16 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Bethesda Academy waltzed into their game on Thursday with six straight wins but they left with seven. They took their matchup at home with ease, bagging a 73-28 win over Holy Trinity Classical Christian. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Bethesda Academy has posted since December 7, 2023.
Cross Schools' victory bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Bethesda Academy, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3.
Cross Schools was taken down by Bethesda Academy 86-18 in their previous meeting back in January of 2023. The contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Cross Schools was down 46-11.
