Munford and Brighton pushed the score to 10-9 the last time they played Brighton, but on Tuesday defenses reigned supreme. The Cougars' defense stepped up to hand the Cardinals a 1-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Munford also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Maddox Reynoso, who's now up to two this season.
