Upson-Lee scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past Pike County 85-52 on the road. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Upson-Lee has posted against Pike County since November 28, 2017.
Meanwhile, even though Pike County scored an imposing 65 points on Tuesday, Jackson still came out on top. Jackson slipped by Pike County 66-65. The win made it back-to-back wins for Jackson.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Jackson to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kevan Gray, who scored 17 points along with four steals. Another player making a difference was Ja'dariyan Pennamon, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
Upson-Lee's victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Jackson, their win bumped their record up to 4-15.
