Thomas Jefferson better keep an eye on Logan Boyer. He was instrumental in Palmer Ridge's win, on his way to 27 points and five rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Boyer has scored at least a third of Palmer Ridge's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lukas Pears, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and ten boards.
Thomas Jefferson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.6 points over those games. Palmer Ridge now has a winning record of 12-11.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Thomas Jefferson has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 34.7 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Palmer Ridge struggles in that department as they've been averaging 20.7 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Thomas Jefferson barely slipped by Palmer Ridge in their previous matchup back in February of 2023, winning 42-41. Will Thomas Jefferson repeat their success, or does Palmer Ridge have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
