Soccer Recap: Benton Has No Trouble Against Parkway

Benton kept a clean sheet against Parkway on Monday. They put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 6-0 victory. Benton might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Parkway from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Carson Bryant led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Benton has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those four matches. As for Parkway, they now have a losing record of 2-3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Benton will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Neville at 5:30 p.m. on January 6, 2026. As for Parkway, they will be home for the holidays to greet Southwood at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
