Fullerton got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jad Mustafa out in front who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 21 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Baylor Wilks, who scored 23 points.
Fullerton's victory bumped their record up to 10-13. As for Buena Park, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-12.
Fullerton will be playing at home against Troy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Troy presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Fullerton in California (Troy is ranked 201st, while Fullerton is ranked 592nd). As for Buena Park, they will head out on the road to face off against La Habra at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. La Habra is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last ten games.
