 The team  relied heavily on  Ella Dovey, who  went 2-for-3 with one  home run, two  runs,  and two  RBI. That  home run marked the first that  she has  launched this season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jada Mushat, who  went 1-for-3 with two  runs and one  double.
 St. Mary's victory was  their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 3-3. The  home  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average this season. As for Nichols, their record now sits at 2-0.
