Basketball Recap: All Saints Episcopal School Takes a Loss

All Saints Episcopal School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took a 40-27 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bovina Mustangs.

Despite the loss, All Saints Episcopal School saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Hannah Owen posted eight points and ten boards. Owen has been hot recently, having posted nine or more rebounds the last three times she's played.

All Saints Episcopal School's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Bovina, their win bumped their record up to 5-9.

All Saints Episcopal School didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 65-22 loss against Whitharral on the 13th. As for Bovina, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 53-29 defeat against Hermleigh on the 14th.
