Gonzaga Prep is a perfect 4-0 against Shadle Park since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Bullpups will be playing in front of their home fans against the Highlanders at 6:30 p.m. Shadle Park took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Gonzaga Prep, who comes in off a win.

Gonzaga Prep's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They came out on top against University by a score of 2-0. Gonzaga Prep haven't had any issues with University recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Ian Bears and Alex Wood scored both of Gonzaga Prep's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Meanwhile, Shadle Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 6-0 to Mt. Spokane. While losing is never fun, Shadle Park can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 230th, while Mt. Spokane are ranked 89th).

Gonzaga Prep now has a winning record of 6-5-2. As for Shadle Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-11.

Everything went Gonzaga Prep's way against Shadle Park in their previous matchup back in April of 2019, as Gonzaga Prep made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Bullpups repeat their success, or do the Highlanders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
