The Folsom Bulldogs will take on the Oak Ridge Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Oak Ridge took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Folsom, who comes in off a win.

Folsom extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Neelagreev Chintaluri. The Bulldogs came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against Del Oro thanks in part to Chintaluri, who had five digs and three aces. He has been hot, having also posted 16 or more assists the last eight times he's played.
The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Folsom who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-22, 22-25, 29-27, 22-25, 15-12.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Folsom to victory, but perhaps none more so than Bhargavram Chintaluri, who had eight digs and three aces. That's the most aces Chintaluri has posted over his last seven games.
They weren't the only good server: Folsom was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 15 aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their ace total in three consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Oak Ridge unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of Jesuit by a score of 3-2.
Oak Ridge was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Jesuit work for it, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-21, 24-26, 18-25, 15-10.
Folsom pushed their record up to 26-9 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Oak Ridge, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 12-1 and their overall record down to 26-2.
