Bourne took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Wareham Vikings with a sharp 10-1 win. For the Canalmen, this counts as revenge for the 5-4 victory the Vikings walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.
Cam Polczwartek was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of James Moran-Rose, who scored a run and stole three bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.
