Otis waltzed into their contest on Friday with 12 straight wins... but they left with 13. They took their game with ease, bagging a 73-36 win over the Flagler Panthers. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 53-13.

It was another big night for Grady Bechtle, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and ten rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 62% in the last four games he's played. Emiliano Varela also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.

Otis was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Flagler only eight assists.

Several Panthers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Braden Hill, who went 7-for-15 on his way to 14 points along with eight boards and three steals. That was a full 38.9% of Flagler's points, marking the fifth time in a row Hill has posted more than a third of the team's points. Keegan Isenbart was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Otis' victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.3 points over those games. As for Flagler, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

Otis won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Genoa-Hugo/Karval at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Otis is facing Genoa-Hugo/Karval at the right time seeing as Genoa-Hugo/Karval is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Flagler, they will also get right back to it: they'll challenge Lone Star at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Flagler will also cruise into their next match with the timing on their side: Lone Star will have lost three straight heading into Saturday's contest.
