Basketball Recap: Legacy Charter Extends Winning Streak to Four

Legacy Charter had won three straight games and Khori Polarchy did his part to make it four on Wednesday. The Legacy Charter Eagles secured a 62-56 W over the Orangewood Christian Rams thanks in part to Polarchy, who almost dropped a double-double on 20 points and nine boards. His evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Trevor Miller, who posted seven points in addition to eight assists and three steals. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played.

Several Rams players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ethan Toadvine, who put up 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Eli Dayao, who had ten points.

Legacy Charter pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points per game. As for Orangewood Christian, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Legacy Charter wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 63-46 victory against Faith Christian on the 13th. As for Orangewood Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-53 win against International Community on the 13th.
