 Dru Zeka paced Wellington's offense, picking up 16 kills. Zeka got some help from  Addy Schnelle and her 17 assists.
Wellington's defeat dropped their record down to 18-11. As for McPherson, the  victory was  the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 28-6-1.
 Wellington has already played their next match,  a  2-1  win against Buhler on the 14th. McPherson has also already played their next  contest (against Winfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
