Meanwhile, Robbinsville entered their tilt with Blue Ridge Early College with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Robbinsville took their game at home on Wednesday with ease, bagging a 71-36 victory over Blue Ridge Early College. Given Robbinsville's advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 272nd, while Blue Ridge Early College is ranked 665th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Swain County's defeat dropped their record down to 15-7. As for Robbinsville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season.
