When it comes to explaining why Rolla lost, one person who can't be blamed is Resa Martin. Despite the final result, she scored 20 points along with 7 rebounds and 3 steals. Martin is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Akaela Caquelin, who scored 4 points along with 6 rebounds and 5 assists.
El Dorado Springs' win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Rolla, their loss dropped their record down to 3-1.
