Campbell County took a 72-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of Stevens on Friday. Campbell County's loss continues an unfortunate trend for the team, making it three in a row.
Campbell County's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Nate Williams, who scored 17 points along with three steals, and Lane Hladky who scored 15 points along with two steals. That's the first time this season that Williams grabbed two or more steals. Jackson Evans was another key contributor, scoring five points along with three steals.
Campbell County's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Stevens, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4.
Campbell County will take on Sheridan at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Stevens, they will head out on the road to take on Watertown at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
